How quickly can you assist with urgent matter such as misconduct or a complaint investigation?

We generally have a HR expert on hand ready to assist with urgent matters. It's best to reach out as soon as possible to allow our team to jump in when needed.

Our HR Partners are experienced in handling sensitiveworkplace matters including misconduct, complaints, and formal workplaceinvestigations. We can step in to guide you through the right process, helpingyou manage the situation fairly, and in line with Fair Work obligations.

Do I need to commit to a contract or specific timeframe?

We don't believe in lock-in contracts. We want to ensure you and our team are working towards making your business the best it can be. We want to ensure you are not paying for something you do not need.

There are some scenarios where we may need to agree on a short fixed term, then continue on with our rolling 30-day agreement. These scenarios come up when we need a bit more time up front to ensure project success, but our team will be clear if and when this is needed.

Can you help with recruitment?

Yes, although we operate differently from a traditional recruitment agency that typically works on commission. We offer recruitment support as part of our HR services, helping you find and bring on the right people for your business.

Our recruitment support service can be as in-depth as you like. We can take care of the entire process or you can step in at certain points and be more collaborative with the process.

Can you help with Fair Work compliance?

Absolutely. Keeping up with Fair Work obligations is one ofthe most common challenges for growing businesses. We can review youremployment contracts, policies, and pay structures to make sure everything isabove board, and guide you through any changes as legislation evolves.

Can you support our existing HR person or team?

Yes. We work alongside internal HR people and teamsregularly. Whether you need senior backup on a complex issue, specialistsupport for a specific project, or extra capacity during a busy period, we canslot in where it's most useful.

We're considering making a role redundant. Can you help?

Yes. Redundancy is one of the more complex and sensitiveprocesses a business can navigate. We guide you through the full process, fromconfirming the genuine redundancy grounds and meeting your Fair Workobligations, to facilitating meetings and communications with impacted teammembers. We pride ourselves on managing these situations with a thoughtfulapproach for all involved.
